SALMON LOAF - Old Recipe

This is an old and simple recipe that I have had served to me several times by old friends when we lived out in the "country" in Central Virginia.  It is a popular dish that costs very little to make, and is at the same time quite tasty. I recommend it for a quick appetizer or even a side dish on a night that you don't have the time or the inclination to make anything complicated.

Salmon Loaf                                    Fish - Seafood

1              tbs.                  Butter
Directions:
-     Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly, and spread in a greased baking dish.
-     Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 45 minutes.
-     Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
