</span>Remove the mixture from the blender and add to
the chopped tomatoes in a bowl.</div>

</span>Stir in the Vinegar, Lemon Juice and hot Sauce.</div>

</span>Heat the Cumin in a saucepan at low heat for two

only uses a small amount of Hot sauce, but you can experiment with adding a few sliced Jalapeno Peppers, a little more hot sauce, or another of your favorite Spicy ingredients to heat things up a little.<br />

<b>NOTE</b>: Using Fresh Ingredients in anything is a good thing, and a really good Salsa is not exception, so take a few extra minutes to find the freshest ingredients you can.<br />

This is a really nice and simple recipe that we found in a Local newspaper when we were camping in Louisiana near New Orleans.<br />

They listed it as a popular sauce made and used by many of the locals for their own cooking.<br />
<br />
It's easy to make and it really kicks up whatever the Fish might be that you are broiling.<br />

<li><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-indent: -0.25in;">In a saucepan, melt the Butter and then add the Salt, Pepper and the Juice from the lemons.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-indent: -0.25in;">Add the remaining ingredients, including 1-tsp. of Lemon Zest, </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-indent: -0.25in;">Mix well place in frying pan and simmer for 10 minutes.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-indent: -0.25in;">Then, place the pan into the oven and broil your Fish until it is firm.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-indent: -0.25in;">Use the sauce to baste the fish several times while it is cooking.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-indent: -0.25in;">Place the Fish onto a platter to serve.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; text-indent: -0.25in;">Pour the remaining sauce over the fish.</span></li>

<li>Remove the top and bottom of the Pineapple then remove the outer Peel.</li>
<li>Slice the Pineapple into 1/4-inch slices and remove the cores from the slices.</li>
<li>Cut the slices into quarters (or smaller shapes and sizes as desired).</li>
<li>In a large pot, combine the Pineapple, Sugar, Water, Salt and Vinegar.</li>
<li>Combine the Cinnamon and Cloves and tie inside a piece of cheesecloth and add to the mixture.</li>
<li>Heat the mixture over a medium heat for 10-minutes, stirring occasionally.</li>
<li>Remove from heat and using a ladle, place the Pineapple into three HOT Pint canning jars.</li>
<li>Cover the Pineapple in the jars with the syrup up to within ¼-inch of the top of the jars.</li>
<li>Clean the jar rims and add the tops, hand tight, and place into a pot and pour warm water around the jars up to within 1-inch of the tops.</li>
<li>Bring the water to a boil and continue boiling for 20-minutes.</li>
<li>Carefully remove the jars from the water, and seal the tops while hot.</li>
<li>Store in a dry cool place until needed.</li>

In my travels over the years, I have sampled this dish, Hungarian Goulash, a number of times. If prepared properly, it can be a great and hearty dish.<br />
<br />
Once in a friends home, and it was, honestly an over-salted thick "mush".<br />
<br />
Another time, I was in a small restaurant in Malmo, Sweden and they served this dish to me, and it was fantastic.<br />
<br />
Its hearty flavors were blended together so well that each spoon was a treat for my taste buds.<br />
