Lemon Butter - RECIPE

Lemon Butter is a simple sauce that is popularly used on fish and salad dishes. 
It is a simple recipe usually made by combining the following ingredients:
1 tsp         lemon peel
1 tbs         lemon juice
1 tbs         dried parsley
1/3-cup    butter or margarine (melted)

Lemon Butter has a great flavor on its own but you can experiment with it by adding other herbs or spices such as; garlic, rosemary, thyme, etc.
